I love dutch bros. However this one is a little understaffed. It takes longer that the average dutch bros. Usually even when dutch bros is busy they get you in and out pretty fast but this one takes a bit longer. Also they make a lot more mistakes than the average dutch bros. I mean my order is a little complicated but they forget to add chocolate into my coffee about 1/4 of the time even though I request it every time. They also forget to add coconut to my roommates shark attack rebel about 1/4 of the time. That being said they are still faster than most coffee stands and you don’t have to worry about each barista making it differently like you do at other coffee stands. Also they have a lot of option just like every other dutch bros and they don’t overcharge for changes you have to make if you have dietary restrictions. Finally, if you frequently go to dutch bros you know that they are super friendly and just awesome. This place is still great with customer service but not as much as the other locations.

While I wish they had more variety in flavors, there is no arguing that the service there is amazing! All of the people I have had contact with are so friendly and engaging and it always makes a great start to a morning!

Ordered 20oz thick mocha granite with Carmel swirls inside the cup. No whipped cream. With my friend Mary. Awesome drink

This Dutch Bros has a hard time understanding and completing simple tasks. Whether it be from scanning the app, to making a drink wrong to lack of staff leading the walk-up window being closed now for 3+ weeks. This is the closest Dutch Bros to me, but I will rather forgo Dutch Bros drinks if I have to go to this one or head for other locations in Spokane and Spokane valley.

Dutch Bros has an enviable hiring model as the staff is always fast, efficient, and upbeat. I’ve never had a wrong order or a bad experience.

All of the personality and character we expect from a DB shop is here! Staff greats with a smile and always friendly. I come from out of town and love my own DB and found a local one here to call my fav too! 🥰 my ☕️

Always enjoy when i get to stop in here and get myself a drink. They are always nice and kind and the drinks are tasty! I don’t know if its this particular location but i do have to plan ahead if i want to stop for a drink as its normally a 10-15minute line/wait but i don’t mind. I almost always get either a rasberry or strawberry black iced tea with soft top (its so good i promise haha drink it fast or drink it slow it tastes good either way) or a blended carmalizer. Both are reasonable and comparable price wise to other locations and im not sure how many people leave comments on the lids but i personally freaking love the lids here. No straws necessary for drinks and thats a nice change of pace! I know they have an app too which im sure would make ordering and points etc even better but i personally dont have it as all the dutch bros in spokane are out of my way currently.

I’ve been in Spokane for over a year and finally decided to try out this chain. When I told one of the staff it was my first time visiting and first time getting a Nitro Cold Brew, he was legitimately so excited that he gave it to me for free. Just a super sweet interaction!

Super friendly folks, great coffee with some amazing flavor combinations, and, a always, a fun place to visit. I especially like how they’ll come out to you in line and take your order.

Just stopped by and almost got hit by someone trying to cut us off while it’s icy outside and the girls in the stand thought it would be funny to mock my fiancé and I for being irritated about it, WHILE WE CAN HEAR THEM. Disrespectful? Definitely. Professional? Absolutely not. The little blonde girl working the window then proceeded to tell her coworker who she was laughing about us to, to give the lady that almost HIT US, because she wanted to be first in line in the middle of winter, a free drink. It was extremely evident that that action was made out of spite of us. I will never come here again and I will make sure everyone I know knows not to come here as to avoid the unbelievable disrespect these people just allowed. Do better dutch.

Amazing vibes in this shop. Reasonable prices for Spokane / PNW souvenirs and most importantly, excellent coffee!

I enjoyed my medium latte and got some work done with my partner thanks to their great seating / fast Wi-Fi. Would absolutely recommend!

Great gift shop with fun merchandise that’s quality and reasonably priced. I was able to find several birthday gifts for friends and family. Chill atmosphere and great coffee too.

    What a cute coffee/gift store!
I thought the items would be very similar to what I usually see in gift stores but they had a lot of stuff that I haven’t seen anywhere else, and I felt there was something for everyone.

Prices in the cafe were very fair, and the coffee and sandwich (I had the tomato with pesto) were delicious!

Great place to study. The coffee was super affordable, they have free public wifi, and the lamps on the tables were super cute. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because it got insanely loud at some points. I almost had to yell across the table to my friend to converse with him.

One of the best coffee shops around Spokane. They roast their beans and we have been buying a bag to take with us back home whenever we visit Spokane. The baristas are knowledgeable and friendly. The location is little bit out of the way but plenty of street parking and seats are available.

Located in downtown and parking sucks like always but if ur walking then perfect. Very modern and very cute on the inside. Where greeted with “do u have mask ladies?” And being from Idaho caught me off guard like what? Masks? What is that? When I got my coffee I swear they flipped me off for taking off my mask as soon as I made an order. Over all they where nice.

Very cute spot plus free Wi-Fi and nice staff ! Doesn’t have many food options though :/ the downtown location has more food/drinks options but this is a nice quiet location !

I can’t get enough of this places amazing coffee choices. We now buy our beans there for our morning brew and stop in to get our espresso drinks as often as possible. Highly recommend their tasting menu for people who are tired of drinking the same thing all the time.

My wife and I are “coffee snobs”. We’ve long since abandoned Starbucks. So, it’s always with angst when we’re out of town that we pick a spot for morning coffee. This was a lovely spot with friendly staff who are serious about their coffee. I also imbibed in a bacon burrito which was as good as the coffee. Parking is scarce, but Indaba’s was worth it.

Just to show how customer-centric they are, I noticed they prewarmed our cups with hot water prior to filling our cups with coffee. That’s service!

Super cute little coffee shop with a great view to Audubon Park. I visited this place a decade ago and I still remember the coffee aroma I smelled that day upon entering the shop. Unfortunately that wasn’t a case during my recent visit. It was mostly smell of food which was a bit too strong. But other than that I really like this place and their little handmade jewelry stands made by local artists! Another positive point is the fact that they have a play area for kids with tables and chairs for younger ages.

Always kind prompt service. I love the variety of food options that change with the season. This has been very convenient for me to meet with friends and catch up, everyone knows this little cafe in Audubon area, it’s a gem!

What a perfect family-friendly spot! I had gotten coffee from here to-go a couple times, but this was the first time I stayed to drink it and discovered this incredible play area for toddlers! It’s hard to find family friendly establishments like this that truly take time to consider things that are helpful to their patrons (such as their full size changing table in the restroom). The baristas were also extremely accommodating and careful in preparing a drink for my child when I notified them of food allergies and they let me check ingredients to make sure it was safe. Will absolutely be returning as much as possible. Great experience and yummy coffee!

Great cafe! Perfect spot for a drink and some breakfast food. I go there most Sundays. Food and drinks are consistently good and staff are always friendly. There’s always seats available and the place is nice and cozy.

We let our little munchkin run around and play in the kids area he had a great time. My wife said the quiche was “the fluffiest eggs she had ever had”. They had Doma coffee and it was an incredibly smooth cup of drip coffee. Highly recommend this cute neighborhood cafe, especially for a competitive game of Scrabble.
