All star ratings are for the bathroom, not the establishment.

Brew is that great coffee house you used to go to when you were like…13 and thought drinking coffee made you mature and sophisticated… except now they put booze in the coffee!!!!

The atmosphere is very relaxing, lots and lots and lots of places to sit… but how about places to sh…… um… take a load off… cough cough.

There are 2 bathrooms just past the main counter, and they’re pretty cool. One room with toilet, urinal and sink… and chandelier. It comes with an auto soap and air dryer too.

The downside here is that the bathroom is very near the sitting area. If coffee makes you have an internal digestive party… others in the establishment will be invited as well….

Other then it’s proximity to people, it’s a fine place if you go on a slow day.

So many great drinks available! They use Madcap coffee ☕ which is amazing and high quality. The concept of a combined cafe and bar within one laid back space is unique and really fun! Being able to get a cocktail in the afternoon or a coffee in the same place is very convenient. We need more places like this!

Brew is known to the locals as a great place to work, have a visit with a friend, network, or whatever the reason you need a place to meet, brew can accommodate. The food is fresh. My favorite is the lox of love or the cob salad. Lox of love is their version of bagel and lox. Features spinach, capers, salmon, tomato, cream cheese, and pickled onions. In the summertime, you can sit outside. I like to work from my laptop outside. It’s the perfect environment on a warm day.

This is an extremely cozy atmosphere perfect for just relaxing and listening to music, being out with a friend or doing work on a laptop. They always have different cocktails and options for everyone, and their cinnamon rolls are amazing. The hot chocolate is how I imagine the polar express hot chocolate to taste.. and the staff is always nice. The space is very large and long, and it’s overall a great spot.

Love the cappuccino and the croissants. Service is quick and they have lots of coffee drinks to choose from. Outside seating on the sidewalk on Front Street is definitely where it’s happening.

It wasn’t busy upon arrival so we ordered right away. Staff wasn’t overly friendly but they weren’t dismissive either. Drinks were ok. Nothing special. I felt like my drink needed a little more sugar and cream, so I just added it at the side table. The inside was decent size with a good amount of seating. It was kinda cozy too. Overall, it was good but not great.

Great ambience and a beautiful setup to enjoy delicious coffee. I had their sugar free hazelnut latte and it tasted awesome. The place has a very warm and friendly vibe which I absolutely loved in this cold weather. Plus they offer great merchandise, especially coffee cups and coffee canisters.

Coffee done right! Selection of pastries, coffees, and gift items. Clean bright and cheery. Great sports to stop for your caffeine fix. Great staff and ownership. Great pride in their establishment and it shows. Well done and KIDOS to “Espresso Bay”!!!

This is a cute coffee shop. The employees are very friendly. The atmosphere is cozy. They roast their own beans, so you know the coffee you are getting is fresh. They also have smoothies.

    20oz latte and blueberry scone.
Delicious artisan and freshly roasted coffee.
Blueberry scone freshly baked and lots of blueberries! What a delight.
This is what a coffee shop should be, a variety of seating that invited conversation and plenty of outlets to charge needful devices.
A menu that does not over extend itself but keeps in mind it’s customer base, artisan coffee, baked goods, smoothies.
A great selection of freshly roasted coffee products to take home and enjoy daily.
Ps outlets to charge devices….big plus for me

Met a friend here for lunch and was able to be seated outdoors in an area in front of the cafe on the sidewalk that’s marked off for dining. I had the “Rachel” sandwich: turkey with Swiss & coleslaw on grilled rye and I requested to have avocado added. My friend ordered a made-to-order chicken sandwich on white with feta. While my friend wasn’t that happy with their sandwich (it was a little dry), I did enjoy mine. Service was very attentive.

Would return here sometime in the future to try their breakfast menu, which ends at 11. Note that I met my friend at 11 and the outdoor seating was just being set up when we arrived. It was a Wednesday, so not sure if outdoor seating is available after 11 only on the weekdays or if it’s like this on the weekends as well.

The server was very kind and helpful, and the location good. The food was pretty good as well. I would give it another star if it wasn’t so hot inside, and if the food (breakfast food) didn’t take 45 minutes to arrive after being ordered. Was still an overall positive visit.

THE best omelette I have EVER tasted! The baked potato omelette 😋. Seriously, you would think you were eating a baked potato not an omelette with egg! It’s a taste bud illusion. I am looking forward to go back.
The wait staff is very friendly ☺️ It is a must try.

We went to the cafe on a busy summer weekend. I know there are labor shortages but was disappointed with how long it took to get our food and that even after waiting so long it was not fully cooked / toasted. It was one hour after we ordered before being served. The rehydrated shredded potatoes were barely browned. I ordered toast and was served warm bread with butter wiped on it. Having said that, the food was tasty. I’m sure on a less busy day the place would be better.

Green House Cafe is an awesome local breakfast place. It has the small town, local feel that we love, and the staff is always friendly. The food is great and the omelets always allow for leftovers to be taken home.

Such a nice place to enjoy some lone time or with friends. Love the decor, bright and modern yet warm and comfy, with live plants and art works that you can buy and take home with you. Pastries and coffee and tea are all very delicious. Parking is a bit bewildering if you are here the first time. Don’t worry about blocking another car parked in front of you cause you will be asked to move your car if necessary. It’s a friendly place with nice and courteous people. A must visit if you are a coffee lover in TC.

Have to say I love going around Michigan and finding hidden gems like this beautiful little coffee shop. From the feel to the delicious hand made to perfection they call coffee this place is perfect. We didn’t just stop at the coffee we jumped right in and got food too and BOY was it delicious. All I have to say is if I wake up in the AM Mundos coffee is how I want to start my morning.

Very nice vibe here! It always smells good and the staff is more than welcoming. I had the breakfast sandwich and my girlfriend had the avocado bowl. We were both very happy with our meals. The flavors were on point! There are many interesting people that come through here and it’s always fun meeting someone new. They also sell potted plants amongst other really cool things. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend. My only gripe is with the weird parking situation. Sometimes you are forced to park behind someone which can be annoying once that person has to leave. Other than that, phenomenal place to grab lunch!

One of my favor coffee shops in Traverse. They roast their own beans and make yummy espresso, also cold pressed juice, baked goods like croissants and chocolate chip cookies, and chia pudding. Tons of sun drenched, high-ceiling indoor seating and a few small outdoor tables in the front. Really good work from home spot. The decor is nice and full of plants. The people working there are kind.

This is the best coffee you will find anywhere in the great bay area! The interior of the shop, the barista, the roast and the coffee in all forms is the best you can get anywhere within many many miles. That is not only because they probably have the best coffee making machines but also because they take great pride and are very careful about how much coffee they put in every brew! Awesome!

Awesome coffee, their signature ‘Morsels’ (basically mounds of flavor bombs for your palate!!!) and other light fare. Avocado toast any body? Nice views of Grand Traverse Bay from the dining room. Well done Morsels and KUDOS to the attentive staff!!!

Friendly employees. So many creative, colorful varieties of delicious morsels. I asked for what the most popular ones were, and I wasn’t disappointed! Can’t comment on the coffee because I put in lots of cream. The views of the tranquil river behind are meditative. I thank Jesus for this place!

Nice little spot to grab a quick bit. The coffee is average. The morsels are really good, Ninja Turtle is my favorite 🤤. Avacado toast is just wow🤯. Very good!

Love all the cute morsels. It was hard picking out which ones I wanted to try. Coffee was okay, will have to go back and try something more flavorful.
