Good place for some pub food. I ordered their fried green tomatoes with pimento cheese. Boy, you definitely need someone to eat it with you. A tad heavy on the batter but otherwise it’s good. Hubby had the Steele burger, med rare. He said it’s delicious. Definitely recommend if you’re around Washington.

I wish there was a 4.5 start option. The food as always was fantastic. Drinks are awesome. The service was good and friendly. The atmosphere though, while fun, is suffering. It’s gotten kind of dingy (with bathroom being just gross). I hate to knock it a whole star, because I truly enjoy the place. But although our food was excellent, our last visit left us kinda feeling “eh”.

Out standing, delicious…. the adult beverages are to die for! Absolutely a great family gathering place. We make the 80 mile trip multiple times a year.

We enjoyed grabbing lunch here while visiting Washington, NC. The food was great and the servers were fantastic!

We went here three times this summer. Each time we went by boat as there is free docking along the river front. This last time we brought along a friend and her teen son. Ever visit the food , drinks and service were absolutely excellent. First visit I had the club sandwich which is enormous and so delicious. The second trip I got the turkey wrap and that was so good. This most recent trip I had the shrimp burger. It was piled high with tender , lightly battered shrimp. The cocktail sauce was amazing. Each visit I got the sweet potato waffle fries as I got hooked on the first visit. Their bartenders mix perfect cocktails. We will return again next summer when we go boating again

Bear in mind McD’s isn’t a fine dining establishment and my 5 star ratings are based in comparisons to other McD’s.

I found this location in Washington to have very friendly service and I was blown away by the size of the chicken on my biscuit (picture attached). Service was fast, facilities were clean, and I was pleased with the food items I ordered. Can’t ask for more than that!

A colleague and I dropped by today to grab a hot cup of coffee. It was delicious and very fresh. The best part was the friendliness of the staff. Just loved all of the smiling faces!

In the past, this has been a lack luster location. But today, the order taker in drive though was kind and efficient. The cashiers, also kind and efficient. My food and coffee were ready before I got to the window. My coffee was made correctly and my fish fillet was fresh. Great job!

They are kind and efficient. Have rarely had an issue in all the years I’ve been going and if there was they fixed it instantly. Thankful for these folks.

Fries were greasy and cold. Fish sandwich was slightly warm. No straw and receipt provided. Will not go back.

This is interesting because the time I came in is 100% self-service checkout. The bathrooms could use a little more work and maintenance but other than that it’s stocked just like other Sheetzs.

I went into sheetz today and the employees were extremely rude. Matt an employee made me feel so uncomfortable and so unwelcome. It already takes forever for me to get my food and only 1/10 times is my order correct. I do not need to go in there and feel like my safety is being violated because an employee doesn’t know how to treat customers.

Can’t fill up here. They can’t just let you fill up your tank no. If you’re paying cash they need you to pay upfront instead of just filling up. Seems under staffed or just poorly staffed. One register long line and three people working in food. 😅 I don’t think I’ll be back.

Supposedly it’s a dollar off a gallon for diesel so I called ahead and asked them because I’m coming in with a 45 ft class A RV. First of all it’s not a dollar off a gallon second of all good luck getting a 45 ft class A in here. I will never shop at this place ever again till the day I die.

Great prices. Their car wash does an excellent job. I love their smoothies. Liz and Brooke are the best staff there, always friendly.

Always busy, tables are not cleaned quickly, very good food but amount is less for value for the money. Workers are hardworking, polite and mostly happy go lucky if not occupied with so many demands. Take outs can be packed thoughtfully without forgetting the smaller items like condiments and cutlery. Overall a fun place for this small town and meeting point for many. Keep up the good work.

Out for a brunch with my friend. I had the Texas ham eggs and cheese with grits, coffee. My friend ordered the All-star special. Food was nicely prepared. Friendly and professional staff member. I recommend this store 🏪.

My first visit to this location was incredible , but it was the waitress not the location… left a $20 tip!!!

Every visit since I’ve been ignored and forgotten.

Today they forgot my coffee and I got a handicapped waffle.

    Will not be coming back!!!

I’m from Connecticut and we don’t have these by us. I was excited to try. The food was delicious. I had breakfast and the cook made me pecan waffles. So good. The service was wonderful and so reasonable. Highly recommend.

One waitress continuously talked to her friend (a customer) the whole time we were there. And once while holding the cups of the couple of the table behind us under her arm before she filled them. Floor was wet and dirty. Guy cooking had his pants down showing his underwear! Nasty and we will not be going there again!

Food was good. Problem was the employees acted as if they didn’t know how to take my order. I said 2 sausage biscuits but the sausage in a “boat”. It’s cheaper to have the sausage on the side since my youngest doesn’t want it to be on his biscuit instead of buying the sausage separately

Undoubtedly the slowest wait staff in any fast food service. When I ask what was going on, I was told most people wants a dark brown biscuit and that takes time. I’ll just leave that along. Then we waited in line and people kept coming and going and we’re still waiting they lost our ticket, got a refund and left. No doubt the most poorly run fast food joint in Washington NC.

I went through drive thru this morning. Lane long but fast service. Very friendly staff. I was greeting at speaker and and window and thank you have a great day when leaving. Kudos to your team….many like this anymore.

Tried the Bojangles fried chicken sandwich which was very good. I liked the choice of bun and the simplicity of the sandwich. Splurged on an order of fries flavored with the famous Bojangles seasoning.

I don’t know what’s happened to the crew that used to be so good at this store in Washington, but for the last 6 months, the service is so slow it’s ridiculous. Often the order is cold, biscuits are over cooked, and now they charge you for each and every sauce if your get anything besides “supremes” which you get only one with that order. The employees don’t even acknowledge you with the slightest smile, just act like we are cattle being shoved through.
